Cornell Reunion

Reunion Housing

Our class headquarters will be in Mary Donlon Hall, with additional housing at nearby North Campus residence halls, if needed. We have more than enough room to accommodate all of our classmates and their guests. If you are attending Reunion by yourself, you will not be sharing a room with anyone unless you request otherwise. Housing fees are as follows:

  • Adults: $54 per person, per night for two nights or less, $128 per person, for all three nights (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights).
  • Children: $29 per night or $58 for the entire weekend for children ages 12 and under occupying a bed. No charge for those sleeping in your portable crib or on the floor in a sleeping bag/other.

We strongly recommend that you bring your own crib if you are planning on bringing a young child. Please note that for the comfort of those not bringing children, classmates with young children will be housed in a separate location from those without children. If desired, classmates without children may stay in the same area as those with children.

The housing fee includes the following:

  • Complete bed linens are provided and beds will be made prior to arrival. Daily bed service is not provided.
  • Bath towels, washcloths and soap will be provided in the rooms, with daily exchange of these items, if desired.
  • Rooms will be supplied with water glasses, clothes hangers, tissues and free Wi-Fi service.
  • Housekeeping will be available to service bathrooms and public areas.

The dormitories are not air-conditioned. We strongly recommend you bring a fan with you to place in your room, as Ithaca temperatures can soar in early June.

Pets (other than guide dogs) are not permitted.

Check in begins noon on Thursday.

Check out is on Sunday at noon.

Can classmates request to reserve rooms near each other in the dorms?

Although we are not able to pre-assign rooms, alumni who wish to be housed near other classmates may, upon arrival, request that the Campus Life representative assign him/her a room and "hold" a nearby room(s) for friends who will be arriving later. For example, when you arrive, ask, "has 'so and so' registered? ... if yes, please assign me a room near them, if not, then please 'hold' a room for when they arrive and assign them near me." Although we cannot make guarantees, Campus Life will do their best to accommodate these requests. The only way to absolutely guarantee housing a group of classmates in the same area is for them to arrive at the same time. Please note that there will be separate areas of housing for those with and without children. Those with children will not have the option of housing near those without children. Those without children may be housed near those with children, if they request so.

Hotels

The class reserved a limited number of hotel rooms that will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis:

Please call directly to make reservations, or you can contact the Ithaca Convention & Visitor's Bureau at (1-800-284-8422) for other hotels and B&B's.
