Cornell Reunion

Reunion Housing

Our class headquarters will be on North Campus in the new Court-Kay-Bauer Hall Complex. We have more than enough room to accommodate all of our classmates and their guests in these buildings as well as other nearby buildings on North Campus, including Mews Hall. If you are attending Reunion by yourself, you will not be sharing a room with anyone unless you request otherwise. The housing fees for the weekend are:

  • Adults: $64 per person, per night for two nights or less, $150 per person, for all three nights (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights).
  • Children: $33 per night or $66 for the entire weekend for children ages 12 and under occupying a bed. No charge for those sleeping in your portable crib or on the floor in a sleeping bag/other.

The housing fee includes the following:

  • Complete bed linens are provided and beds will be made prior to arrival. Daily bed service is not provided.
  • Bath towels, washcloths and soap will be provided in the rooms, with daily exchange of these items, if desired.
  • Rooms will be supplied with water glasses, clothes hangers, tissues and free Wi-Fi service.
  • Housekeeping will be available to service bathrooms and public areas.

Court-Kay-Bauer and Mews Halls are air-controlled buildings, but do not have individual air vents in each room, nor thermostats. All air-controlled buildings have a temperature setting between 71°-74°.

Pets (other than guide dogs) are not permitted.

Check in begins noon on Thursday.

Check out is on Sunday at noon.

Can classmates request to reserve rooms near each other in the dorms?

Although requests cannot be guaranteed, if you are interested in Housing near other specific classmates, please indicate so when you register and we will try our best to honor your request. Note that all parties must be registered, and those that register earlier will be more likely to receive their requests.
